Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the third party that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. When you contact us, we receive the facts placed in the message and use them to answer.
Routine Technical Data
Standard server logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps diagnose faults and measure which pages are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Data Is Used
Limited data supports site operation, error repair, traffic counts, and page improvements. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to public-record portals, libraries, archives, and outside search providers. Information submitted after leaving this domain is controlled by that service's policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
Safeguarding Limited Data
An encrypted connection protects traffic in transit, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Because the site has no visitor accounts, it keeps no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, or deletion of data held by a website. Alabama has no comprehensive data-broker deletion or universal opt-out law identified in the project research as of August 14, 2026. The Alabama Data Breach Notification Act, Ala. Code §§8-38-1 through 8-38-12, addresses security and notice rather than a broad deletion right; §8-38-10 requires reasonable disposal of sensitive records. We can search our contact mailbox and logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Records held by Alabama, Mobile County, or city custodians must be corrected or redacted through the office that controls them.
Policy Revisions
Changes will appear on this page. Continued use after a posted revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
